At Dog Tags Inc., we have a simple goal: to provide you, our customers, with the best products, at the lowest price, with the finest service anywhere. You are the key to our business success. That’s why we cover every product we sell with our 100% quality guarantee and dedicate our business to your complete satisfaction.

Completing your order successfully is a team effort. We are an important part of the team, and so are you. In order to fill your order accurately and in a timely fashion, we count on you to provide us with accurate information. Our responsibilities, and yours, as outlined below, are our terms and conditions of sales. Please take a few minutes to review them, and contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

OUR Responsibilities Include:

Standing Behind Our Products: As indicated above, every Dog Tags Inc. order is covered by our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will gladly replace any dog tag(s) found to be defective in either workmanship or materials, at no additional charge to you.

Providing You With Accurate Information: We will email you a digital proof of your dog tag design before we start production. This will be a precise representation of the product you’re ordering. This is your opportunity to make any desired corrections or changes before your dog tags are manufactured.

Sending You A Written Order Confirmation: When we receive your return email approving the proof, and before production starts, we will email you a separate confirmation notice. This will contain all the details of your order, including size, type, quantity, colors and anticipated delivery date. This is your FINAL opportunity to make any necessary changes to your order.

Producing Your Dog Tags On Time and To Your Specifications: After you approve both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will produce your dog tags in about 10 to 17 working days. NOTE: Multiple factors can affect production times, and therefore our production time is an approximation only.

Our primary shipping method is FedEx Air. We will ship directly to the address you specify. It’s important to note that FedEx will require a signature for receipt. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, FedEx will leave a list of available options (e.g., leave with a signature, hold for pickup, leave next door, etc.) If you have any questions regarding delivery, you will need to contact FedEx directly at that point.

In certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may occasionally send shipments via UPS to assist in meeting delivery dates or in specific locations. We welcome requests for a specific delivery method, but the method chosen will be selected based upon availability and ability to meet shipping dates.

YOUR Responsibilities Include:

Legal Ownership Of All Logos, Copyrights And Trademarks: When you submit your design to Dog Tags Inc., you warrant that you hold the legal rights to reproduce, or have reproduced, any and all images or logos associated with your dog tag order. You also warrant that reproduction of any images you submit does not infringe upon the rights of any other company or individual.

CAREFULLY Reviewing The Proof We Send You: When you receive our digital proof of your dog tag design, please take the time to review it in detail. Pay close attention to the colors, design and spelling/grammar. Once you’ve reviewed the proof and made any needed changes, email it back to us. That tells us that you approve every aspect of the design.

Any changes in design or quantity will require your written approval – either via another digital proof or by email or fax – before production begins. Because these items are custom-created to your specifications, once production has started, we are unable to change a design or quantity in any way whatsoever.

CAREFULLY Reviewing Your Order Confirmation: Once you return your proof to us with your approval, we will send you a separate order confirmation. Once again, please review all the information on it carefully. This will be your last chance to make any changes before production begins. If everything on the confirmation is correct, return it to us and we will start production of your order. NOTE: Once we receive your approval and confirmation, your order may not be canceled for any reason.

Providing Correct Billing And Shipping Information: We will produce and ship your order in about 10 to 17 working days for most items. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, U.S. Customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by FedEx, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

Production delays cause by declined or refused charges on credit card transactions will lengthen the amount of time to receive your finished product.

Please be aware that you are ordering custom-made items, tailored to your exact specifications. Because of the many variables in the creation and shipping processes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We do our best to be as accurate as possible. However, by necessity, any estimated turnaround time provided by our staff is just that -- an ESTIMATE ONLY.

Please note: If you MUST have your order by a certain date, be sure to let us know when you order! Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will work to meet your required date wherever possible.

Letting Us Know In A Timely Fashion About Any Issues With Your Order

Dog Tags Inc. will be happy to replace any items found to be defective in materials or workmanship. You must make any request for replacement of such items within 30 days of receipt of the initial order.

Legal Details:

All orders are FINAL: Because you are ordering a custom-made product, all sales are final. Once an order has been finalized by your approval of the confirmation email, it may not be canceled for any reason. Dog Tags Inc. does not issue refunds. As noted above, we will replace any dog tags found to be defective in workmanship or materials.

In the unlikely event a legal dispute arises, you and we agree that the venue for such a dispute is Marion County, Florida, USA. If the dispute pertains to the illegal use of copyright, or trademark infringement, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You agree to hold Dog Tags Inc. harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding. You agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against Dog Tags Inc. as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding.

All dog tags shown on our website which contain corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of Dog Tags Inc.. Your purchase of merchandise from Dog Tags Inc. does NOT in any way, shape or form grant you permission to reproduce logos or trademarks, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
